This size guide shows body measurements. We suggest ordering a size up when your measurements are between sizes.

For all horizontal measurements, please keep the tape measure parallel to the ground.

A. Chest: Position one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of the chest, wrap it around the back (passing under the armpits and over the shoulder blades), and return to the starting point.

B. Waist: Position the tape at the narrowest section of the waist and wrap it around.

C. Hips: Place the start of the tape measure on one hip, then wrap it across the fullest part of the hips and back to the starting point.
