Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ErdeGora! We appreciate your support and want to make sure your order reaches you safely.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET are processed the next business day. We don't process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

We ship from two sources depending on the product:

  • Handmade & pre-owned items (knitting, crochet, plushes) are shipped directly from our home studio in Sevenum, the Netherlands via PostNL.
  • Print-on-demand products (apparel, accessories, home goods) are fulfilled by Printful from their nearest available facility, which may be located in Europe, the US, or another region depending on stock and proximity.

Important: For print-on-demand products, Printful automatically assigns the nearest available fulfillment center based on stock and location. This means your order may ship from Europe, the US, or another region — which can affect both delivery time and carrier. We have no control over this assignment, but it's designed to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and product type.

Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties or import VAT — these are already included in the price you pay.

For orders shipped outside the EU (UK, US, Canada, Japan, Australia, etc.), local customs authorities may charge import duties, VAT, or handling fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in ErdeGora's prices and are the buyer's responsibility. We always aim to use regional fulfillment to minimise additional fees where possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@erdegora.store. We'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and make sure you receive your order or a full replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
