Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something's off, we'll help.

1) Returns window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For EU customers, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies (see §6).

2) Condition for returns

Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. Please include your order number and proof of purchase.

Pre-owned items are sold as described — please review the condition notes carefully before purchasing. Pre-owned items are eligible for return only if significantly not as described.

3) How to start a return

Email info@erdegora.store with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, a brief reason, and photos if there's damage or a print issue. If approved, we'll send return instructions (and a prepaid label if applicable). Do not send items back without approval — unapproved parcels will be refused.

4) Who pays for return shipping?

Defective, damaged, or misprinted items: ErdeGora covers return and replacement shipping. Change of mind, wrong size, or not as expected: customer covers return shipping.

5) Damages & misprints

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 14 days if it's defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund once verified.

6) EU 14-day cooling-off (right of withdrawal)

If your order ships within the EU, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. To exercise this right, email info@erdegora.store within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your returned item (or proof it was sent), we will issue a full refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs for withdrawal returns are the customer's responsibility — we will inform you of this before you proceed. Exceptions: the cooling-off right does not apply to custom/personalized items or items made to your specifications.

7) Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for: custom/personalized items (including made-to-order designs), digital downloads, gift cards, final sale/clearance items, hygiene-sensitive goods once opened (e.g. earrings, face coverings), or hazardous/flammable goods. If you're unsure, email info@erdegora.store before purchasing.

8) Exchanges

Return the approved item and place a new order for the size or colour you want — this is the fastest method.

9) Refunds

We'll email you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the refund. If it's been 15 business days since our approval and nothing shows, contact us at info@erdegora.store.
