📦 Shipping & Delivery

Most items are made to order through Printful, which takes about 2–5 business days to produce.

After that, shipping time depends on where your order is fulfilled:

  • If your item is produced close to your region (for example, within the EU or US), it usually arrives within a few days.
  • If it’s fulfilled from one of our international partner centers (like in China or another region), it may take a little longer due to overseas transit and customs clearance.

You’ll always receive a tracking link once your order ships, so you can follow its journey from print to doorstep

🧶 Handmade & Upcycled Pieces

Items crafted by me in my home studio (like knitted, crochet, sewn, or upcycled creations) usually take a bit longer to prepare — typically 5–10 business days before shipping.

Because each piece is made individually with care (and sometimes alongside a few other custom orders), processing time can vary slightly depending on materials, season, and order volume.

These aren’t mass-produced — they’re made the slow, thoughtful way.

🌍 Production Locations

ErdeGora items are produced and shipped from multiple fulfillment centers around the world — including Europe, the US, and Asia.

Your order is usually fulfilled from the location closest to you to reduce shipping time and our carbon footprint

💰 Customs & Tariffs

For orders shipped outside your country or customs zone, your local customs office may charge import taxes, duties, or handling fees when your package arrives.

These charges aren’t included in ErdeGora’s prices and vary by location.

Whenever possible, I route orders through regional facilities to help minimize or avoid extra fees — but customs still make their own rules

💌 Returns & Exchanges

Because most items are made to order, returns are accepted only for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.

If something’s wrong, please email heygora@erdegora.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
