Plaats het uiteinde van het plakband op uw voorhoofd en wikkel de rest rond de achterkant van uw hoofd, waarbij u het 2,5 cm boven uw oren houdt.

Knijp op de plek waar de tape het andere uiteinde raakt, til de lus over je hoofd en noteer de maat.
